Experienced Leaders

A passionate and active member of our community, Kathryn has served as president of the Marple Newtown School Board, president of the Newtown Square Rotary club, and as a Cub Scout den leader. She’s tough, proven, and committed to improving Newtown Township for our families.

Michael is one of our Newtown Township Supervisors, serving since 2015. Prior to this role, he served on the Newtown Township Zoning Hearing Board. Both of these positions have given him the knowledge and experience to help Newtown Township continue to grow.

Proven Record

Thanks to Kathryn, our school taxes have stayed low. Over the last five years, the average annual MNSD tax increase was less than 1.4%. We can count on her to keep more of our hard-earned money in our pockets.

Under Michael’s leadership, our township has kept taxes low. Utilizing his professional background as an engineer, Michael has held developers accountable, preserved open space and been responsive to our community needs.

Big Plans

We deserve a leader who will set us up for success. Kathryn will stay focused on the future by practicing long-term planning and investing in technology, facilities, and other infrastructure needs.

Michael will continue to work to preserve the character of our community, increase government transparency, deliver high quality public services, and keep taxes low.
